I have been using microfibers since the first Star Mop was advertised in magazines and on tv.  I don't know how long ago that was, but they are my favorite all-around cleaning tool.  I have satillo-type tile in my entry way and the microfiber mop (dry for dusting and wet for mopping) is all I use on it.  The microfiber mop is perfect for the uneven surface.
